Clean romance that is set in small town Sweetwater Creek sees childhood friends Trevor Daniels and Bryn Peachum eventually find their HEA.

Bryn and her neighbor have been “saving” turtle eggs, guarding them and then releasing baby turtles in groups for awhile when Trevor gives a lecture to a group in Sweetwater that Bryn attends. At the time Bryn is dating Malcolm and has been for awhile though she is not sure he is the best man for her to spend forever with. Trevor is divorced, has twin daughters and a rather uptight upright mother helping him raise Daisy and Annabelle.

Trevor and Bryn have a fairly easy relationship with a glitch for a couple of weeks but eventually with that taken care of decide they are in love and move on together as seen in the epilogue.

Barbara Lohr has created a beautifully written and touching story of second chances and coming home to discovery what may have been and could still be.
I have not read very many of Ms. Lhor's books yet every one I have read has touched my heart with smile and broke my heart in some way. Coming Home to You does a little bit of both. Kate left home ten years ago and has returned to take care of her mother. She doesn't expect to reconnect with Cole who is now a single father. I loved his daughter she was just precocious enough to be adorable. While reading I did not want the story to end. I was blessed to receive this book from the author for my honest opinion and will say if you are looking for a story that pulls at your heartstrings and make you smile at the same time, take a look at this book.… (altro)

This story reminded me why I am quickly becoming a regular reader of Barbara Lohr. A serious story about relationship compatibility becomes a humorous look at two people that are clueless when it comes to love. With the stoke of a pen she makes you fall in love with her characters and her stories. I received a copy of Rescuing the Reluctant Groom in exchange for an honest review. Selena's neurotic behavior may cost her what she wants most. Love, family and dependability. Seth has deep feelings for Selena but his commitment issues and ability to trust are holding him back. What they have to work out is that love involves the heart, mind and the person as a whole. Enjoyed this appealing read.… (altro)
