The Odyssey (Kingfisher Epics) di Robin Lister

Great either as an introduction to the classics for kids...or indeed as a quick overview of homer's epic for the adult reader. Stirring b/w illustrations throughout as the author narrates Odyssseus' adventures at sea over twenty years - shipwrecks and sea monsters, cannibalistic ogres, sirens and nymphs that turn men into animals... Well-written, not childish in the least.
