First published in 2007, this is an accessible and comprehensive guide to the origins of Restorative Justice (RJ) among native cultures, its underlying principles and philosophy, and its development and use in a wide range of situations both in the UK and internationally.

Liebmann considers RJ to be a ‘seamless’ philosophy’ that can be applied flexibly to a wide range of situations.
