Bob Lewis is ... well, Bob Lewis. His wisdom cuts through all the management speak and gets to the nuts and bolts of managing. Many times his writing has caused "ah-ha" moments. He elevates what should have been obvious but often gets lost in the shuffle of getting work done. I highly recommend this book.
