I found it hard to relate to this book since i wrongly assumed it would also include information about enhancing psychic abilities. I could have missed this information since I honestly skimmed the book finding the focus strongly on sensitives & empaths and nothing else. Otherwise well written.

To me, the author's tone of the book seems almost slightly forcefully passionately encouraging, "you must do this if....". I wish the tone is a bit gentler and inspirational for a more pleasant read, but not a bad book for an intro into research into how to level up your empathic abilities.… (altro)
