This book read like someone did a search on pinterest and then copy and pasted into a book format.

I have tried to keep a journal many times, but I always end up stopping because I just don't know what to right or I forget to write. This book gave some great ideas, and reasons to keep going. Hopefully the next time I try and keep start my next journal I will be able to keep with it.

This book had some interested information but it seemed like it was mostly generalizing, no sources or expanded thoughts. Which really seems to be a theme with this Author, I guess that is why all these books were lumped together in one free download. The chapter on Meditation was a good compilation of methods, hence the 3 stars.
