I enjoyed this book for a couple of different reasons. One of the main reasons I enjoyed this book because the characters are a young girl and her cat. This is quite different from many other books. Together the young girl and a cat use their imagination to sale to India. I liked that the author used a cat as a character in the book because many young children may talk to their own pets at home. The book pushes readers to use their imagination in order to follow Audrey and Barbara on their adventure. For example, when Audrey is telling Barbara that they are going to sail across the ocean to India in a bathtub. The reader knows that this is not possible but they try to picture and imagine this in their head.… (altro)
