She loves romance novels, and writing about mountain settings comes naturally (pun intended). But she's a woman of many interests, as proved by her bachelor of science degree in biological and chemical engineering and her passionate pursuit of ski racing and other athletic endeavors.

Bound (The Academy Series Book 3) di D. D. Larsen

WHAT AN ENDING!! I was still captivated with book 3 as Jamie tries to hold onto her sanity with Wren in a coma and she had a small taste of what e was going through when the darkness overtook her. With Edward and Stephen watching her at The Academy, she did not feel safe, and she yearned for her mate. When she was around Alex, she felt his desire for her, but she had to resist temptation. I liked that Jamie was strong, but she did not think clearly and she made poor choices about her safety that often got her into trouble. The binding with The Spring Solstice would have united with Wren and with the young Cass to help them she may be the added bonus that overcome the evil that wanted to break down the invisible gate that kept them out! The conclusion pitted animals of all kinds that were infected with evil. Good and evil clash as sides are drawn and Jamie. her brother, Cass. and Wren must fight for their lives without the townspeople who wouldn't leave not aware!!… (altro)
