I am a big fan of TK, but must take exception to the notion that one can purge the angst of a lifetime in a couple-hundred pages of pop journalism. Still, there is much wit and penetration in these bits of cultural criticism, as indeed one might well expect from the Author of "Call me LaIshmael". Those who know him only from the ESPN program PARDON THE INTERRUPTION have a pleasant surprise in store.

A bit dated, but still good Kornheiser.

I'm having a hard time remembering the Clinton scandal crew...

...and who again is Darva Conger?

I love PTI, so when i found that the UNC Library had a Kornheiser book available, I made a mad dash to get it.

This book was published in 1996, so its material is slightly dated. Still, I lived through this time, so it's pretty easy to follow.

The title is very appropriate for this book. His delivery starts out genuine and at the end twists to ironic.

Good old Tony Kornheiser...

Both he and Wilbon have taken the previous week off (2005-07-11 through 2005-07-15) from PTI, so this is how I got my Kornheiser fix.
