The Erosion of Civilian Control of the Military in… di Richard H. Kohn
The author completely ignores the effects of the bifurcation in the Constitution regarding a split of civilian control over the military as between the President and Congress. Anyone reading this article should read the well-considered criticism of it by John B. Bonds, “Is There Really ‘Erosion of Civilian Control,’” Naval War College Review, Summer 2003, Vol. 56 Issue 3, p. 151-154.
