Eat Up Slim Down (Prevention Healthy Cooking) di Jane Kirby

These recipes contain diet information per serving, such as calories, protein, and carbohydrate counts. Having been an Atkins low carb dieter, I was unhappy to find such high carb counts. And the dessert section was just regular desserts filled with the usual sugar and high carb counts for no nutritional benefit.
