New Carbon Architecture: Building to Cool the Planet di Bruce King
This is a good reference book for a builder who wants to reduce the carbon footprint of their projects. The information is not new or cutting edge, but it is sound information.
Technical tour-de-force on the mechanics of building with straw. Also covers issues of construction in seismic zones. Very little on moisture - this is a book written for a dry-ish climate.
