Not a sequel, exactly, to The Seeking Sword, but rather a strange medieval tale that involves the protagonist from the first book. A classical magician during the Livonian War is trying to contact the Unnamed Prince, whose intercession will be needed during the upcoming final battle between God and Satan. Difficult to follow at times, but worth the effort.

A very unusual fantasy. George Quinterus was tracking down a ancient sword that had been used for a large number of mysterious murders throughout history...when suddenly, HE became the new custodian of the Seeking Sword.

What unfolds is a marvelous story involving prehistoric tribes, magic, curses, duty, and decisions of destiny. Highly recommended.
