This is the ideal cookbook for home-cooked meals in less time. Most of the recipes can be made with items you already have on your pantry shelves. There are more than 350 easy to prepare recipes including 37 easy slow-cooker recipes that are as simple as opening cans and packages. There are even 23 wonderful recipes for desserts. Many of the recipes repeat, and many are only slight variations on each other. The vast majority of the recipes rely on a lot of processed food. I love the idea of the book, but I'm sure glad I got it as a gift--I'd be upset if I'd paid for it.
