Trattato del ribelle di Ernst Jünger

Dal 1951 ma terribilmente attuale.
Sarà vero che l'essere umano si evolve? Oppure i meccanismi suoi e della storia rimangono sempre i medesimi?
Saggio scorrevole e profondo al tempo stesso. L'avrei sottolineato tutto. Per riflettere, a lungo. Da rileggere, da pensare, da ragionare.

Il tenente Sturm

Con tutta la mia buona volontà, non riesco a vederci nulla di più di un elegante esercizio di scrittura, che passa e lascia il tempo che trova.

Il tenente Sturm di Ernst Jünger

Disegnando il ritratto del tenente Sturm, l'autore ritorna, con commovente partecipazione, sulle proprie esperienze giovanili: tra dandismo e racconti di sogni, militarismo e letteratura, amicizie virili di spirito cameratesco e una acerba quanto violenta sessualtà, inscindibilmente connessa con l'immagine della morte. Junger fa i conti con la propria concezione del nazionalismo e con il proprio senso della patria e dello stato, abbozza una prima larvata critica della tecnica e della ferocia delle macchine, ma, soprattutto, acquista e precisa la propria coscienza di scrittore.… (altro)
