This book is about black holes and other bizarre space objects. It talks about what a black hole is, the parts of a black hole (the singularity and the accretion disk), people who study black holes, where they are located, gamma-ray bursts, worm-holes, kinds of stars, weird worlds, and other cool space things. Within these big topics, the book has features like captions and sidebars that go more in depth about people who contributed to the discovery of these things or possible questions that might be brought up after reading a certain section. I would use this book in my classroom as a reference book or trade book for students to use during a space unit.
