This book is a quick read, but it packs a lot information as well as humor in its pages. For instance, I learned that about 100 cups of coffee will kill you, that honeybees like the nectar from coffee flowers, and, because I drink my cup of joe black, I identify with the Dark Lord of Black Coffee. Also, you can thank Josephus Daniels, the 41st Secretary of the Navy, for giving coffee its nickname when he banned booze on ships and substituted coffee as the drink of choice. Many more fun facts and descriptions of the various types of coffee drinks make this book a must-read for coffee lovers.… (altro)

Absolute perfect book for any coffee lover! Coffee Gives Me Superpowers is a fun and informative coffee table book filled with facts and pictures about coffee. I actually learned so much stuff that I never knew or would have ever guessed, some of which had me laughing out loud! This would make a great gift for anyone you know that drinks coffee or just loves fun facts. I’ve already pre-ordered my hardcover copy and can’t wait to have this little gem sitting out in my family room.

The book is every coffee lover's delight. And even if coffee isn't your cup of tea, you'll find the book packed with a highly enjoyable combination of fun and facts.

If you ever wanted to know, what has really the better effect on your brain, beer or coffee? or when is actually the best time during the day to drink coffee (I got it wrong) or how many cups of coffee you need to drink on a day to reach a lethal dosis, this is the book to go for.
You will gain the knowledge why there's the plate under your coffee (got that one wrong, too) and the calories in Starbucks drinks leave me wondering why on earth is there no Peppermint White Chocolate Mocca available in the UK? It sounds so delicious, but never mind the calories.
And I was stunned to find out that honey bees are nature's little coffee addicts and why the love the stuff as much as I do.
