Sigh.. more connection issues but at least again, I was happy with the story.
I like the story. There is a lot that feels disconnected. It's almost like we have to draw our own lines to connect each "scene" but it's not enough, yet, to deter me from reading more. So I can't wait to read the rest.
I would like to have seen more written about what a Pteron is exactly and the scene with the cats was about. It seemed rushed and again not explained in full.

I am still not clear on the pteron origins... but so far I am still reading the series.

It's not original in the slightest either, just the usual desirable girl all the guys are crazy over and someone feeding her uncertainty over "the one" so she would mess around with all the guys for extra drama and manly men fighting over her.
It's the oldest and cheapest plot there is.
