All three (3) books, Kung Fu Meditations, Meditations of the Masters, and, Wisdom from the East, all adapted by Ellen Kei Hua are simply superb. Food for the mind and soul, these small works are inspirational and uplifting, simple and beautiful--and although these small books are so light in physical weight, they are full yet not burdensomely heavy in the content of the words printed upon the pages. The selections and adaptations are masterfully pieced together to form a terse comprehension of Eastern/Oriental wisdom and knowledge that is relevant for today and timeless for all ages. I've given these books as gifts as well, and they are loved by all.

The format is somewhat like a poem book. Each page contains a quote or two and some quotes have explanations. The quotes are simple and the language is easy, but the meaning behind them is amazing. There are some illustrations of Chinese characters with some relative meaning to the quote. Content The people of Asian culture have build meditative practices to coexist.
