This is a mystery with no answers, no resolution. But a must read if you seek any kind of meaning.

Why is there something rather than nothing? That's the question that Holt asks philosophers, mathematicians, and authors to discuss. The book contains lots of fascinating and thought provoking ideas. Very good read if you enjoy this sort of thing....I needed more than the allotted library time for this one.

How do we explain the riddle of existence? This book attempts to anwer that question with erudition, precision, and an ability to make understandable some highly complicated concepts. I found this to be an intellectual book that most of us non-intellectuals could read and enjoy.
