Wow. This book was absolutely captivating. Kat is an amazing woman, and someone I'd love to call a friend IRL. Brian will absolutely make his skin crawl, especially if you've ever met someone like him before. Kat's mom just has an amazing vibe, and I loved her from the moment we first really meet her. The opening of the story really captures your attention, with vivid descriptions, enveloping you and drawing you in, then before you know it, you're chapters deep. I don't want to give any spoilers, but this isn't your typical PNR, and I loved every moment of it!… (altro)
I found it too involved with others not just the central couple, even some chapters from their POV. The husband works a lot even staying at the office overnight then is surprised when the wife leaves. I didn't like him much and it was just boring.
I enjoyed this story so much. Although, I think I like Pauly more than Colin. Colin seems like and arrogant ass. I don't fault Tiffany at all for not falling all over herself. This story is solid and well-written. I can't wait to read the next one.
