He, along with his brother Dan Heath, has co-authored three books, Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard, Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die, and Decisive. He is also a columnist for Fast Company magazine. Excellent book on how to communicate with others the essentials of any short message. I used as a guide on how to formulate a mission statement four our organization.

SWITCH di Chip Heath

This book followed Drive pretty quickly on my reading list. Switch was more applicable to my everyday work because I had specific habits of teaching that needed to change. The tips given by Chip and Dan Heath were actionable, measurable, and accomplishable. Much more applicable than bigger ideas about motivation in other books on the same topic.
