I really enjoyed this book. It was an excellent crash course in world history, and it’s aptly titled. The organization of the book, however, was a little all over the place, however, which was a bit confusing at times. (This is why I docked the rating by one star.) I do recommend it as a read.

Head lays out the basic questions to be addressed in envisioning a moral economy.… (altro)
