Gatefold includes an envelope with ten images drawn by R. Havens
This is a readable book with little personal detail. He talks about singing in his home neighborhood of Bedford-Sty, and then going to the Village, and becoming a star. There is some focus on Woodstock, his vision for the future seems to be Woodstock forever. Not much in the book grabbed my attention enough that I remember it. He got involved with marine conservation early on & that is interesting, but it is pretty much a book on the surface.
