This book was awesome, if I had never known anything about the MMA etc then this series and book would give someone an insight on how it is and what the guys who train go through. Also, Damien is such a great character, he comes from a rough background and was forced to fight not by passion or love of the sport but that was what he had to do all his life and now he just wants to be the best. I loved how he cared for his friends, was tough and resilient yet smart about things, and he was such an understanding person about everything. Harper was funny, outgoing, a savvy MMA fan, and writing an expose on Damien. These two had chemistry off the charts and are perfect for each other. I hated that things that happened to Damien did, but I am excited for more and also glad he has Harper in his corner willing to fight for their relationship.… (altro)

I really enjoyed this book because it was unique in its own way from other stories I have read lately. We have a Hero who pretty much works his way from the ground up to build his career he has now. Dylan works for a previous cocky hero we saw in Stuck up suit but now he has to branch out and pave his own way and what better way than to get paid for keeping secrets of the rich and famous?! Dylan and Penelope have this amazing chemistry but she is out of bounds for him and that makes things difficult as they try to fight attraction. Dylan has an interview for a new potential client but this client is a piece of work who wants Dylan to jump through a lot of not so ethical hoops and is currently engaged to Penelope. Things get heated, attraction gets tested, and they have to decide how to navigate being successful and in love with going about it the right way.… (altro)

In this book we are back in the MMA world and it picks up where the last left off, Damien injured. Damien has a lot of work and healing cut out for him so he can get back in the ring and he has only one person he is dying to step inside the cage with and that’s Johnny. I felt so bad for Damien he goes through a lot of ups and downs in this book, but through it all Harper is there in his corner rooting for him. They both struggle dealing with all the problems that is having to be faced so can they fight for each other together? Or will this struggles rip them apart? I loved this read and yet again the author pulls you into the fighting world with vivid descriptions so if you have no idea about it you definitely will reading this series.… (altro)
