I read this aloud to my first-grade class. They seemed interested in the book, although it was a little confusing that it was in the first person, then she gave the date of her death.

This was a very short book. I think it would be an excellent tool for younger students in that it pauses on pages to ask questions that help engage the student while reading the book. I also enjoyed the illustrations and the time line. It is very basic knowledge, but for young readers it is a good historical read.
