With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Kelly has worked as a strategist and consultant for companies such as Verizon Wireless, Warner Bros. Online, the Blue Cross, Genentech and Wells Fargo. Kelly is a sought after international lecturer on the topics of branding, user experience, usability and design ethnography. Her book, Web Redesign: Workflow that Works is currently a best seller in the technology industry and has quickly become a standard for workflow and user-centered design principles.

Web ReDesign 2.0: Workflow that Works (2nd Edition) di Kelly Goto

Not the best web design book I have read by a long way. The tone of the book is rather patronising and the content is limited in scope. There is also an obvious bias towards mac users which, as we are told repeatedly is the case for the authors. I didn't learn anything new from this book but I guess it would suit someone just starting out, maybe a student.

Very nice book. I refer to it again and again. Has not become a "must" for me.
