allergy-friendly (and vegan friendly) cookbook (desserts)
Each recipe has options for people with multiple allergies/sensitivities (gluten, dairy, egg soy, and nut, as specified in the subtitle). I don't want to make a lot of these since extra sugar can also be a problem for me, but this would be great for parties/potlucks.

Do you have food allergies but miss (or want to try) desserts? This book contains recipes for all the favorite desserts you could think of, all made to accommodate those with food allergies. Most recipes are illustrated, and the author offers tips and tricks to make the allergy-friendly desserts resemble the actual desserts. While some readers may want to tweak the recipes, this book is a great resource and starting point for those who suffer from food allergies!
