Eve has a good life in the city, but she has had a loss and she feels a certain amount of guilt for her daughter's death. Gray lost his wife and although he loved her, he didn't love her the way she needed to be loved. He always felt more like her brother than her husband. He tried to make a good life for them but it just wasn't enough. When Eve comes into his life, Gray finally realizes what love is. Eve doesn't want to be a second in the relationship. She isn't sure how Gray feels about his dead wife because he doesn't talk about it. Neither of them can move forward until the truth comes out. Can they make a life together or will ghosts continue to haunt them?… (altro)

Once again I must indicate that I do not read many romantic novels. I was not disappointed and enjoyed this one very much. It is a very good read and not too long. I’m happy to give it four stars.
