This is an old stand by for me although I have only really made 1 recipe repeatedly over the years and tried a couple others. My all-time Favorite is on page 114 for Stir Fry.. I make it with Chicken all the time in a big steel Wok. It turns out perfect! I use this recipe as my guide for the seasoning. The best EASY Stir-Fry ever!
simple, variety of methods - pressure cooker, crock pot, skillet - for most recipes
