I checked this out for my youngest, and he is completely obsessed with it. His older siblings would pop to join us when I'd read it to him. They enjoy seeing the crazy contraptions Rube comes up with for simple tasks. If you want to make it educational, there is a guide in the back that shows how he uses simple machines to make his inventions - or they can just enjoy the zany machines.
