How to Teach Kids to Cook di Gabriel Gaté
This book is very clear but very elementary, both in terms of how to cook and how to teach. It would probably be useful for an adult who can't cook and is using the excuse of teaching the kids as a way of picking it up. It addresses the adult reader ("show the kids how to do this") but often in terms which seem more suitable for the child ("carefully open the can", "carefully grate cheese"). I've passed it on in favour of just getting the kids to help with things that I'm going to be cooking anyway. MB 17-x-2015… (altro)
