A slow building up romance supense thriller ,the intensety increasing by turning ever the pages!
As a former soap star Jordan,Rachel is known by the media!
Divorced and three girls, Lark, Jade and Yvi, she gets in contact with police detective Kane!
Attraction fires up on both sides and want to know each other better and then getting into a relationship ,but there is a stalker who wants to claim her as well!whatever she does and where is is moving he knows to find her!But police officer Kane is there for her and her children to protect them!we read about a part of there daily live and when the stalker get near to her, the things are going more desperate and ugly
Conclusion:
A lovely story, well written with all the twists and emotions ,passion,family hardship,but realistic but also also there awaking Love and care for each other! ,
Danger and crime that needs the be solved!
The crime thriller/romance suspense is surely good and a easy and enjoyable reader!
Nice story line and plot ! Especial Rachel plays a exellent role in the story!

I hadn’t read any of the previous books in this series and Jannine Gallant is a new to me author so I went in not knowing what to expect. I’m happy to say I was not disappointed.

Blake Benedict may be well known actor but he’s really down-to-earth and I loved his character. He was the real deal. Even with fame and fortune he kept his small town attitude and nature.

Eden Wilde is strong, confident and knows what she wants. (Or thinks she does.) She excels in a time of crisis. She loves her family and her horses and will help anyone or anything in need. I love that she rescued horses, trained them, then adopted them out to qualified families.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The story is captivating, very entertaining and realistic. The descriptions of the scenery will stir your imagination. I felt the chemistry between the characters immediately. And they actually communicate and talk out their problems without making assumptions. It’s an all around great read with very likable characters. It could very well keep you up into the wee hours reading.

Hidden Secrets by Jannine Gallant
Siren Cove #3

Cozy mystery with romantic suspense and a friends to lovers romance thrown in for good measure made this a book that I could not easily put down.

Paige and Quentin have been friends since preschool but never taken that friendship beyond BFF status. When Quentin comes to Siren Cove to ready his latest restaurant for business he and Paige do move on to a new relationship level with the understanding that no matter what happens when he leaves they will remain friends...hopefully. At times Quentin seemed a bit immature to me but he did grow as the story progressed.

With a serial murderer on the loose, break-ins, kidnappings and arrests this book was fast-paced and action-packed. There were plenty of potential suspects but in the end the serial killer was dealt with.

It was fun seeing the couples from previous books and I wonder if there will be more books in this series or if Siren Cove has seen enough murder, mayhem and craziness and the author will move on to another place to write about...or perhaps remain in Siren Cove and maybe have a tamer romance for a change? Hmm…
