Each recipe starts with a title, very few have a medium size color photo, servings, prep and cook times.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and some nutritional information: calories, carbs, protein. Some include more items so they come from different sources.
Same with measurements, they are not same throughout the book, again, different sources of recipes.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
Some recipes are for couples, but servings are for 3 to 4 people.
