Narguess Farzad

Narguess Farzad was educated in Tehran and London, where she is currently the Senior Fellow in Persian at SOAS and teaches modern and classical Persian poetry, modern Persian grammar, and the translation of Persian poetry. She serves on the Advisory Committee of SOAS’ Centre for Iranian Studies, is a Trustee of the Persian Language Foundation and a longstanding Member of the Governing Council of BIPS and of the Academic Council of Iran Heritage Foundation.
