This book is an excellent guide for using DNA evidence to help resolve problems of identity and relationship in family trees. It provides (a) a clear description of the research process for traditional records, (b) an explanation of DNA test results as they apply to those questions and (c) a very logical application of genetic genealogy to augment those traditional records and help move beyond existing roadblocks.

Each step is described, each tool is dissected and the entire process is laid out from start to finish. This book will be a great help, both to those who are new to DNA testing as well as experienced genetic genealogists who need a clear road map explalining where and when to employ all of the tools that are now available with this technology.

I recommend the eBook since it contains the most up-to-date links to the latest tools and research. However, I also bought the book later and employ the two together. Nicole, Diana and Robin have done us all a great service by pulling all of this together!… (altro)
