I should've known this book would make me as emotional - if not more emotional - than Blood and Bone made me. Paula writes some of the best angst I've read, so I was fully expecting that. I'm not quite sure why I thought I'd get that without the tears, but I cried my eyes out reading this one, too.

I was a bit behind on getting this book, but I started it the second I got my copy. Obviously I loved it; it only took me a couple days to finish, and it would've been sooner if I'd been at my own house rather than my boyfriend's. It was so hard to tear myself away from the book when I had to.

The characters in this series are some of the best-written characters I've found. I absolutely love watching them grow as individuals and pairs. Jack is my all-time favorite male romance lead, and I just love Erin with my whole heart.

I honestly put Paula's books up there with Colleen Hoover's books. They're my go-to romance authors when I want something angsty that will have me swooning all the same. If you like CoHo's books and/or rockstar romances, I highly recommend reading this series!… (altro)
