It has short but informative sections on plant care, with a guide to potting, propagation, and watering. (The part on watering emphasizes that it is not an exact science and that mastering it will take "common sense, a little practice, and the understanding that it is usually better to err on the too-dry side...."). The annotated visual guide is divided by type: hanging plants, small foliage plants, orchids, bromeliads and flowers, showy foliage pallets, lacy leaves, and succulents and others.
