Une breve histoire de france di LILY DEVEZE
C'est un histoire de France trés concentré, on peut lire le livre trés vite. A mon avis il est bien ecrit, toutes les epoques sont expliques avec les événements les plus significatives. C'est le livre perfecte a lire quand on a le plan de aller en France pour faire du turisme.

This book is filled with great pictures taken in and around the French Fortified City, Carcassone. This is basically a picture book with explanations for what each picture is, and a little history lesson at the beginning. Overall it was a pretty good book, fairly informative but tended to use some terminology for different building features that someone less knowledgeable about medieval architecture would have a hard time with and these terms were rarely explained. We visited Carcassone a few years ago. We had only a few hours and did not get to stay the night. I was inspired to visit by an account by Richard Halliburton.
