Mary Celeste Deck

Mary Celeste wrote and illustrated this book when she was in second grade. The back cover calls it charming, delightful, and enthralling. As it says, Celeste "provides magical drawings and comments that emerge as the purest of perceptions." Though books like this may walk a fine line between being cute and just a little too adorable, this one really is quite refreshing.
