The Punch Guide To Good Living di William Davis
(This is part of my Shelf-Clearing Project). I picked up this anthology of humorous pieces and cartoons from the archives of Punch Magazine at a used book sale. I skimmed through it, read quite a few of the pieces, and looked at most of the cartoons. It appears to be part of a series of bedside books, and since I no longer read in bed, I'm letting it go. An anthology of pieces on essentially the same subject is better dipped into in short bits than read straight through.
Amongst other things there are three pieces by Keith Waterhouse
