This short, breezy biography of the four Georges is gossipy and sardonic. The writing is laden with contemporary clichés, of which my favourite is "the media." An easy read, but little depth.

This was great - funny, sexy, and magical. You dive right into the story, and I don't think anything was lost by it being so short, but I would absolutely love to read more about Peri and Gil! I couldn't help but smile and giggle at times, and while I don't want to give anything away, I'm jealous of some things Peri got to experience. I'll definitely be looking up these two authors for future reads!

1785, Covent Garden, London, Madam Moineau owner of Blackstairs a brothel, becomes to the attention of Anthony Lake and Viscount Edmund Polmear as they both return to London after many years away. All have secrets, some too afraid to be themselves.
A cast of characters, that are well portrayed with a story containing mysteries, murder, and theft which make an enjoyable and entertaining read.

Fun short story about a pair of ghosts--former enemies--who haunt the same house.
A quick read (took me less than 45 minutes).
Fun and just a little bit heart-wrenching.
