My girlfriend brought me this book back from Europe-- it's the official comic book of the European Parliament! (It has an ISBN, but I'm the only person on LibraryThing to own it.) Designed to educate readers about the Parliament, it's about as good as such a remit implies. I don't know what happened, and I don't know anything more about the European Parliament. But reading about the adventures of a plucky ethnically and culturally ambiguous female... parliamentarian (I'm not even sure what her job/position was) with more outfits than personality is fun in all the after-school special ways you'd expect.
