Intermediate sewing; nice selection of projects for giving and using to help use up those fabric scraps (and also some profiles of favorite spoonflower designers).
I haven't done any of these projects using the book, but the instructions seemed straightforward, if a bit on the scant side (though with lots of photos for the steps). I expect novice sewists will be able to figure out the simpler projects just fine (bean bags! pillows! bean bags and pillows with piping!); more experienced sewists will mostly just glance through the book for inspiration and won't need a lot of instruction anyway (or can find it elsewhere on the internet).
Some simple patterns to blow up are included on the back pages, but many sewists may prefer simply to draft their own using the shapes as a visual reference.

Ideas to save for later:
* make bias tape / corded piping
* make twisted fabric twine or knit-fabric "yarn"
* make little circle-shaped zipper pouch (with bias tape to cover inside seams)

Ideas that were not included that I might like to see added:
* sew a tie/ bow tie
* sew a chicken triangle zipper pouch (like this http://www.loganberryhandmade.com/sew-triangle-zipper-bag-pyramid-pouch-sewing-t... but also a chicken https://www.craftpassion.com/lucky-chicken-pattern/2/)
* sew a bento bag (a basic unlined version here: http://www.ecabonline.com/2013/10/bento-bag.html)
… (altro)

Pretty but generic in project choices and not all projects call on you to use fabric from your stash.
