Ready For Absolutely Nothing: ‘If you like Lady in… di Susannah Constantine
This was an interesting memoir. Susannah Constantine tells her life story, detailing growing up in the countryside becoming a Sloane ranger in the early 1980’s, her relationships and a bit about her TV career to life now. The bits I found most interesting were her mother’s mental health issues and her own alcoholism.
I quite enjoyed this debut novel 3.5 *
This just wasn’t for me, the writing was simplistic, the plot was very ordinary and the ending was disappointing
What not to buy in an airport after you have had a depressing meeting banging your head against management and feeling this small.
