This is a fabulous book of tales about fairies (and fairy tales) from various areas (old Kingdoms) of England. Many of them are easily made tellable for oral storytelling. I have already added three stories from this book to my repertoire and hope to be adding more! As a student with scholarly interest in fairies, I loved the range of fairies presented. Silly England: can't get their story straight on what fairies ARE. The geographic divisions in the book make it clear how much the idea of "fairy" is tied to place.… (altro)
