Eleanor Clift's memoir is an engaging book. The last two weeks of her husband's hospice care in 2005 coincided with the last two weeks of Terry Schiavo's life. I've been curious about the book, not sure I really wanted to read it. But it's an engrossing account, better for being a few years removed from the events.
a good overview of the woman's suffrage movement and the long turn of events leading up to the passing of the 19th amendment
