This book would be good for intermediate students. This book is "Zoey and Sassafras: Grumplets and Pests" written by Asia Citro, illustrated by Marion Lindsay, and published in 2019. This book is about Zoey and her ar Sassafras and every time her doorbell rings there is a new magical animal that comes. This time it is bigs that make everyone grumpy called grumplets. They have to figure out how to get rid of them and it ends by them getting rid of them and waiting for the doorbell to ring for their next adventure. I would use this in my classroom for kids who are getting into reading a little bit of longer early chapter books as this one still has big writing, but it has 17 chapters with quite a bit of words on each page.
