Ji Sook Choe

A bit more traditional/stuffy not so many picture book. I wasn't a fan of the style and the recipes were a little hard to follow at times.

I like this series I also have the Thai book - there is a mini step by step guide to help you - which I found very helpful on cutting/preparing some things I've never prepared in my life. The ingreidents are traditional so make sure you are prepared before you cook. Great recipes.
