Having survived very disastrous childhood, Cam and Caylee had walls built around themselves and Cam was very protective of his younger sister...Caylee idolized Cam.
Levi was a Captain in the Military, a doctor, and a volunteer firefighter. and a brother to Sage. Sage was the girl who was able to tear down her brother's walls and to become her best friend. Caylee, was elated over the happiness her brother and Sage shared. They waited until Levi had returned from Afghanistan before getting married. Levi had made a comment which infuriated Caylee and had alienated Cam from him, too. Teenage Caylee had let him know in no uncertain terms how she felt about him. He was simply annoyed with the younger brat. That was before Afghanistan.
Now, they all had matured and it was up to him and Caylee to get along, at least until Cam and Sage were married. Could they control their heated emotions for each other for their siblings benefit.
The story supports the principles of not judging another, stereotyping or other labeling. Narrator, Teddy Hamilton, did an amazing job of performing the "voices" enhancing each character, placing emphases in all the right places. using the perfect amount of energy.
